You can tell that this pub has re-opened fairy recently. It has been given a bit of a spruce up inside, with plenty of pictures of bees and some large quotations from George Best on the walls, for some reason. As with the previous pub I'd visited, the garden looked as if it needed some attention.
Landlord & Doom Bar are the real ales. The barman was a fairly chatty chap and enquired about our reason for visiting, which inevitably got us talking about various pubs.

Re- opened this month having been closed all year. There's a central bar in front of you as you walk in with seating either side. Doom Bar and Landlord are the regular beers with a changing guest.Could become a decent locals pub but needs time to bed in after a long closure and change of management.
