A small 3-star town hotel by the green at the end of the High Street. The surprisingly large bar has its own entrance on the right of the frontage. Despite being in an historic building, the interior has been refurbished in a particularly bland and featureless way, with lots of light wood, but it does at least boast one handpump, apparently with a changing ale offered - an unusual Belhaven brew at time of visit. There is an equally featureless conservatory behind, and a nicer courtyard area beyond that. Car parking is barrier controlled - get exit code from the bar.
