Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Stanhope Arms
Looks like a traditional pub in the old part of the village by the church and away from the main road. However, it has been comprehensively remodelled and makeover in a smart semi-modern style in the elongated bar and side dining room. Mind you, on a splendid late-spring afternoon, most punters could be found out in the side and rear beer garden areas. With five of the six handpumps in use, I found the local Knockholt from The Craft Beer Man (£4.50), Youngs 'London' Special, Summer Perle from Westerham and Landlord plus the E(gremont) R(usset) cider from Charringtons.
