A 60s styled estate pub, now a part of the Sizzling chain. It has a patio. The inside is open plan, although part-partitioned - including a conservatory area. Most is given over to food, with TVs (not on), modern music (ok level), arty vases, mirrors and drinks posters. The bar has a pool table, darts and a TV (silent news). Walls are plain coloured, generic. Service was ok, food ok, clientele a few eating and in the bar. Beer has the usual taop stuff with 5 real ales at decent prices: Doombar, Tribute, GK IPA... saved by the Tim Taylor Landlord and Bass - the Bass being a bit cold and gassy. One for the diners.
