Attractive pub building (love the big bell pub sign) but unfortunately it’s a husk as the interior is now a modernised Thai restaurant with a small area for drinkers at the front that has a stripped-out feel. The Oriental ladies doing the staffing were very polite. Two Fullers ales on the go, Pride and ESB. My ESB was perfunctory and, as is the standard in so many Fullers pubs nowadays, was expensive. Fairly atrocious MOR power ballads as the music of choice didn't go down well.
As a drinking experience I’d give this one a miss.
