Backstreet local in a residential area to the south of Perth. I only visited the small low-ceilinged traditional bar, which had plenty of character and also had a friendly landlady/barmaid and some equally friendly customers, who all said goodbye when I left. It's sometimes the little things like this that stick out and make visits to different pubs worthwhile.
The real ale on offer was Loch Leven Shining Knight Pale Ale.
