Sad to see The Clachan closed and derelict when I took my picture on 26 January 2013. I checked out a Buildings at Risk article on Google which mentioned there was talk May 2013 of demolition & conversion into flats, restaurant & another pub. Better pay another visit to Perth in the near future.
