Despite its quaintly attractive exterior, this is a pretty ordinary pub. Inside is a large bar/lounge which, low level lighting notwithstanding, looks badly in need of refurbishment. Although prices are cheap, it was almost empty during my Friday afternoon visit and the two dodgy characters selling "off the back of a lorry" goods attracted no business. There is a pool table, gaming machine and TV, and someone called Bobby committing karaoke on Friday nights. All in all, it looks a bit rough and is probably mainly the preserve of locals.
