Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Red Squirrel
Modern bar / restaurant, with furniture and decor reminiscent of an upmarket canteen. Also has a few patio tables out front. 20 taps in total, 18 of which dispense craft keg beers and just two cask ales - Fyne Ales Jarl and Alechemy Antanum Burst (£3.90) when I called by. Worth a visit if in the area.

hondo . left this review about Red Squirrel
Bar/restaurant serving a good selection of beers and lagers. The beers and lagers are served from more than 20 taps set in the wall at the back of the bar and range from standard tennent's/belhaven to "craft", continental and american. The bar makes a good double header with The Hanging Bat located further up Lothian Road.Sister pub to The Southern(South Clerk Street) and Holyrood 9a (Holyrood Road).
