A good traditional local with stone walls and wood panelling. There is a large traditionally-furnished lounge/dining area down one side, with a public bar on the other with darts and pool. Outside there is a newly relaid car park and beer garden. Draught ales were Doom Bar and Tribute and the food was also traditional pub food. Having said all that, it is due for a major refurb in October 2018 so might cease being quite so traditional.
