Colin Walker left this review about Great Inn
This former named Great Inn is now called The Argyll Hotel. The famous Scottish builder John Adam designed the hotel, which sits on the shore of Loch Fyne, in 1750. I was originally built to accommodate officials visiting the Inverarary Castle. There are more than a few malt whiskies to try in the bar. There are spectacular views over Loch Fyne from the conservatory.
