Stopped opening daytime during the week, dirty, trying too hard to be a dive, dead when students go home. Busy on Saturday with the few locals thinking it makes them ''hard'' if they drink in it even after Aber being listed the ''safest'' or ''Softest'' town in Britain. Out of Town groups pop here if they want any easy fight they will win.
Only plus point is it offers a free alternative very late night/early morning Music choice to the Night Clubs. Thus then impacts the already filthy toilets that cannot cope when it's quiet.

Scruffy bar with an iffy reputation, saved by the late-licence function room at the rear. Token real ale (usually Hancocks) often poor; snakebite and black territory here due to the RocSoc night on Tuesdays. Appalling toilets.
