The Old Cart and Horses is a decent looking white painted pub that has still got its Tetley signs outside.
Dont be put off by the simply chinese banner outside the pub,once inside this pub seemed pretty much unaltered,there was a small room to the right where the bar was situated, this room was carpeted and had comfy bench seating,there was a similar sized room to the left which was also off the main drinking corridor and there was a pool room to the rear left.
There were lots of nic-nacks and pictures giving the pub a cosy feel,i thought the pub had a nice laid back atmosphere and there was some really good music playing which helped.
There was one real ale on the bar this was Tetley bitter and this was a very nice drink.
I quite liked this pub, it is the sort of pub i would like to spend an evening in.
