This is named after and the building was the home of some geezer who was big on knives and forks in Victorian times. It's a grand building perched on a hill overlooking Sheffield and unusually for a Spoons has a car park. Inside it's a roughly L shaped room with lots of big windows and there is extensive seating outside one side of which provides views across Sheffield.
Sadly the beer choice from the ten hand pumps wasn't so great with the JDW IPA Trio Of Doom & Thornbridge Brother Rabbit doubled, a cider and Stancill Barnsley Bitter. I went for the Brother Rabbit (£2.35) and then noticed there were two Thornbridge beers on Keg, Jaipur and Chiron. Despite being expensive for a JDW (£3.95) I went for the Jaipur which was excellent and as it transpired 5p less than the cask in the Sheffield Tap.
I thought this was an unusual and good Spoons. It gets a strong 7.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Francis Newton (JD Wetherspoon)

Looks more like a minor mansion than a pub, and something that should be located out in the country rather than the Sheffield suburbs near the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. Conservatory extension, and extra outdoor seating on the front and side terraces. Reasonable real ale selection from eight handpumps, including Mordue Oatmeal Stout (£2.15). Worth the walk from the city centre.

Well furnished JDW pub situated a couple of miles outside the City centre. On entering noticed there was nobody waiting to be served and no barstaff in sight, and after waiting the mandatory 3 mins, and not dissimilar to the proverbial London bus 2 appeared at once. There was a smaller selection of casks on display than most outlets, but the Good King Senseless from the Vale Brewery was a decent pint.
