Also busy on our Saturday evening visit and was getting busy as there was a party around the back on the left hand side, even so the service was fast and friendly. They also have a pizza oven around the back, which was soon firing out freshly prepared pizzas.
As Old Boots mentions, on first glance at the bar you may be dismayed not to see any cask ales, as their pumps are situated around the left side of the bar. After a look around, we were pleased to see four pumps and four different ales. I went for the Kirkstall Three Swords, which was in top class condition and prices were reasonable too.

The Station is a nice looking stone built pub that is named so because it is close to Guiseley train station.
Once inside there is a fairly large L shaped room with the bar facing, the front areas are slightly raised with the seating being normal tables and chairs, there was a large TV to the front left showing sky football score updates, the rear left area looked more like a dining area, background music was playing, the pub was quite busy on my early Saturday evening visit with a mixed bunch in.
There was a good choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Old Bear Yorkshire **** which went down very well, the other beers i noted were Settle Light and a beer called This Little Piggy.
I was quite happy having a drink in this pub.

As the name suggests this is a stone built pub just outside the station, I had a bit of a shock on entering as I was faced with a choice of Greene King IPA or Greene King IPA on the two pumps visible, fortunately round the other side of the long almost semi-circular counter were another four pulls with a much more interesting selection from smaller breweries. Basically one long room that broadens out at each end as the counter takes up the middle third it is well stocked with pastimes, a screen in each section, games machines, pool table, darts, and the rarely seen these days Pinball machine. It also has free wi-fi. Fairly traditionally furnished with wooden furniture including banquette seating, there is a garden to the side and rear. Prices are average for the area and the beer quality was absolutley fine.
