Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The New Inn

Traditional roadside pub just outside of town (although the creeping housing estates will soon bring this into mild suburbia...). The bar is rather crammed with regimented dark furniture, and with a low ceiling and a limited window area the interior is a bit gloomy. There is also a games room to one side. However, it benefits from a decent beer garden, and on an unexpectedly pleasant, sunny, winter's day there were several people outside. Unfortunately, just one of the three handpumps was in active use when I ordered, but the Wickwar Bob (£3.50) was in good form and Doom Bar was being pulled through as I left. Also noted on the keg taps were Henry's Smooth and Corvus stout from Wadworth.
