Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Old Glen House
Attractive former farmhouse, later Charles Clegg's Temperance Hotel (and the adjacent tea rooms are still there). Split-level bar with a raised seating area at the far end. Separate dining room. Very compact decking terrace and several wooden benches out front. Three of eight handpumps in operation, offering Kelham Island Easy Rider and Barncliffe Bitter (both £1.65 half) and Black Sheep. Worth the short walk from the upper station if visiting the quirky Shipley Glen Tramway.
