The picture does not do this pub justice. It has been lovingly restored by its current owners and has a warm and welcoming feeling. In the winter it has a warm open fire which adds to the atmosphere.

The food was absolutely wonderful and very reasonably priced. Sunday lunch only cost us £5.00 per person and we struggled to finish it. Food during the week is good only Yorkshire fair and you get your money's worth.

A little of the beaten track but well worth visiting as the owners are very warm and welcoming and always happy to help.
