Old Boots left this review about R Bar (Great Victoria)
A small unprepossessing bar in a large fancy hotel, furnished with black leather square sofas and chairs plus some stainless steel stools and tables. The counter has five unlabelled keg founts in the modern stainless steel design. I believe this is what they call a missed opportunity, perhaps the hotel owners see the bar as a necessary evil, it can of course be done so much better and be an asset rather than just somewhere depressing.
