Fairly close to the corporate model within the confines of a smallish square room with a rear terraced garden. The counter lies down one side with a kitchen area at the end including a pizza oven. Industrial air con and cable tray with garden fencing forms much of the ceiling and there’s a few big screens with sound off although the piped music is low level constant. Three horseshoes with two pairs of hand pumps between them, all very uninspiring beers; national kegs, a 3.4% shandy like Brakspears caramac bitter and a house badged 3.8% cask from somewhere in the Marstons empire. The trademark sheds are spread down the sides and end of the garden towards the river and the condiments are in small plant pots marked with the table number. Blue arsed fly staff panicking about, although they settled down when there no punters. It benefits from a Rooftop garden terrace, a weekend Gin Parlour and toilets, all upstairs. Ok but poor beer can’t make me recommend the place.

Visited this lunch time. Four hand pumps at the bar, all of which were on. Serving today - Beer Monkey Bitter Revival, Beer Monkey Blonde, Brewsmith Cascade and Vocation Life & Death.

This is a modern bar obviously benefiting from a recent refurbishment. Outside there is a beer garden with a "potting shed" theme and a mix of seating including some covered areas and a number of sheds you can actually sit in. The garden is split into smoking and non smoking sections and is at a lower level to the pub itself, providing shelter from the breeze. The garden can only be used until 9pm, according to a sign outside.

Quite busy, more people in than the Old White Horse nearby. The Potting Shed seems to offer a more casual dining experience which suits families and the lunch time trade in general.

The beer garden was nice and peaceful until a noisy kid arrived on the next table. He nor his family seemed to have any concept of decibels.

Although I did not investigate, it looks like there may be a roof terrace too.

My half of Brewsmith Bitter Revival set me back £1.45, so can't complain about the price.

A pub I would be happy to return to.

After a £500,000 refurb, The Fleece reopened in March 2015, but is now known as The Potting Shed.
