Large, imposing pub in a residential area of Lancing.
The garden area is deceptively large, with a kid's play area. 6X was the solitary real ale.
I found the one-way system quite amusing. When looking for the toilets, I tried the entrance, only to be called back by a staff member who advised me to use the exit from the pub instead. Apparently several people had got lost somewhere in the pub when using the entrance to enter it! They have yet to be found....

Very friendly pub, a short way from the village centre and train station. Good selection of ales and good food served carvery fashion or Thai Buffet in a nice Art Deco setting.

love this pub, go down there every wednesday, great atmosphere great staff, get to have a drink wiv my mates over a game of pool or darts... theres even heaters outside for us smokers lol! never miss a wednesday, my favourite day of the week!
