Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Anchor
Food-led pub with plain grey external paintwork but the bar has quite a dark (but not gloomy) traditional look, and the larger dining room is brightly lit with lots of pictures about the walls. Just Long Blonde from Long Man (£6.00) available from the four handpumps, along with a few standard keg offerings. On the plus side, the staff were notably friendly and efficient.
