I performed a show at The Hatter not long after the new Landlord and Lady took over. I have to say that it was a warm, welcoming pub with a great atmosphere and good ales on offer. From a performance perspective, it was great to play and I know that the owners are putting a lot of work into making this a great little place with great beers and great live entertainment nights.
I take my Hatter off to them. Great little place. Recommended.

Together with my husband we have recently taken over the Hatter after the pub was closed for several months due to a total refit. The Hatter is now a warm, welcoming pub where you can enjoy a pint of cask ale, have a good value meal, play a game of pool or darts, watch the sport on one of our tvs, join in on our quiz nights on Thursdays and Sundays, have a sing on the weekly karaoke or just sit and relax.
