Soup Dragon left this review about The Fox Tavern
A detached white painted brick pub with extension and a patio area.
The interior has two rooms, a bar to the left of the central entrance and a lounge to the right. The bar is an L-shape room, with a pool table and is in a white decor. The Lounge is also in white, with some undressed brick and has green leather perimeter seating with some tables and chairs, as well as a raised area where there is a dart board. There are no real pictures on the walls, leaving it little bare. There was no music, but a TV which had a soap on. The service was faine and the clientele consisted of locals and some of their footy team.
Beer; no real ale, all tap stuff - no MILD, so had a bitter shandy.
A tidy enough pub but without real ale, or even a keg MILD for me to drink, i wouldn't be back - decent enough if you are happy with the keg stuff though.
