A detached brick cottage style build with cream rendered facade, patio and kids play area
The interior has four rooms; the bar and lounge were served by a central bar - there was also a 'conservatory' kind of area and a small pool room. The bar, where i sat, was in cream and grey half and half walls, with a small fireplace, dart board, and TV. There were red tiles behind the bar and a few old photos on the wall, but it felt just a little bare. The lounge had fake beams and a large brick fireplace, as well as more photos. A standard kind of pub, but one i felt comfy in. The service was fine and there were a few locals in the corner that seemed friendly enough.
Beer; tap stuff with Banks's Bitter and a decent Banks's MILD on electronic cask pump. No traditional real ale.
A solid enough place. Happy to have gone in and to do so again.
