Mild Drinker left this review about The Black Horse Inn

Long gone and now replaced by a work unit for a scaffolding company. Such a shame as used to be a lovely old building (not the one shown in the picture which is actually the defunct Black Horse in Spon End). It did have a decent beer garden on the rear, as well as a conservatory housing a pool table. Always a great night in here on a weekend with either karaoke or a live band on. Weirdly it also had a enclosed smoking area. They did a great pint of mild here as well, such a shame that it is now resigned to the history books.
