It may well be closed, it's certainly for lease and looks deserted. Facebook is no help last update 2015 and WhatPub is unlikely to be upto date in this area.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Witton Arms
Substantial detached pub near the station, with an elongated two-part bar along the front and a lounge on one side (although this was in darkness when I stopped by) and possibly a function room further back on the other with their own small counters. Plain but tidy furniture and the normal Irish decor was supplemented by some Six Nations flags. Pool table. No real ale, of course, and many of the keg taps had inverted half-pint glasses on the handles too, but thankfully the M&B Mild (£2.70) was on.

This is a detached pub, with patio area. It is a 1920/30s pub that replaced a smaller one, of the same name, on part of the same site. In its Victorian days it would have served not only a residential area, but the Aston Transport Depot, the Lower Pleasure Grounds (later Villa Park) and the Lion Munitions Works, amongst others. It is in Georgian symmetrical style, being in plain brick, with sash style windows and entablature over the entrances. The interior has a couple of rooms, although the lounge was in darkness. The bar is a long room and in green and cream, with Irish flags and memorabilia dotted about - along with the odd Villa photo. The are a few TVs and a pull-down screen, which were showing the footy and the music came from a Disco/karaoke bloke - although they do have live bands on at the weekends. There is a pool table, as it was advertised as free on Thu afternoons. The service was fine and the clientele mixed and local. Beer; no real ale, just the usual tap stuff with a decent enough M&B MILD. A locals place until match days!
