This looks like an early 20th century corner pub with a side patio area. The pub is in red rendered upper and black and glass lower frontage. The former corner entrance is now blocked.

The interior Is in general a U-shaped room around the serving bar, although there appears to be a yellow decorated conservatory area, which i didn't see too much of. The main room has three areas. The bar area is an L-shape part curving around the bar and is in white and red, with exposed brick chimney breast with a fireplace, a white ceiling and a fakey stone floor look floor. There are several TVs in this part showing footy and a fun Xmas tree was already up which sprinkles snow over itself and catches it in an scoop at the bottom - different! at the end of this bar is a DJ area and wood dance floor. The music came from here with was charty but at a decent level. There is a serving hatch down a corridor for basic food - chips and so forth at a fair price. There is a side area with a pool table and dart board. It has a large screen TV showing motor racing and the decor is white/red walls with wood floor. There are a few tables and chairs and film star pictures on the walls. There is Birmingham City memorabilia elsewhere in the pub. The The service was friendly, especially the owner and the clientele consisted a several locals.

Beer; no real ale, M&B MILD on tep with the usual suspects. The MILD was fine for what it is.

A generic keg pub really, that is friendly enough and has the pub games, a bit of food and the sports TV if you like that kind of thing.

Off Digbeth High Street & tucked in amongst the factories, this is a traditional indutrial local. It has been refurbished & is ok, just lacks any homely feel you may want from a street local. Lots of stools around the bar.

No real ale
