Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Squirrel
A bit more than a basic estate pub, as food is offered most days and the slightly split-level lounge, bar and partly covered outdoor seating area are all tidy enough. Regular live music and other events advertised. Real ale is offered too, albeit just Doom Bar (£4.30).
