Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Wheatsheaf
Characteristic 1930s large suburban Banks's pub, retaining its twin-bar layout. The 'L'-shaped lounge has a dated look but is comfortably furnished, whereas the busier rectangular public bar has lighter decor but plainer furniture. Unfortunately, the pair of handpumps on each counter were disused, so opted for the keg Amber (remarkably priced at just £2.25).
