Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Mount Pleasant
Solid-looking pub, and larger inside than one might expect, with a partly opened-out layout featuring seating areas on both sides of the central servery and a pool table in another former room further back. Feels quite spartan inside due to the limited amount of furniture and an almost total absence of decoration, but the lady behind the counter was friendly enough. No real ale, and just John Smith's (£2.85) if looking for a bitter from the various keg taps.
