Nice looking country pub with several distinct areas within, some for dining but a couple are set aside as drinking areas, low beamed ceilings, the floors are mostly carpeted but the are parts with flagstones. A few old photos of the pub and surrounding area adorn the walls. On the bar are four handpumps , three beers were on offer, Londond Pride, Surrey Hills Shere Drop and Pilgrim Surrey, also a range of normal keg stuff.
Nice enough.

Nick Davies left this review about Seven Stars

Large attractive 16th century pub at the other end of this sprawling village from the Plough. The smallish public bar to the left remains traditional, with low beams and open fire. The larger room to the left was refurbished around 20 years ago in a fairly traditional style but is for all intents and purposes a restaurant. There's a nice garden to the side and some table on the grass at the front too, making it a pleasant spot on a sunny day.

Remarkably for this area, and a big plus point, they don't allow kids in, making it far more bearable on a weekend lunchtime than many pubs round here; however like many pubs round here it does suffer the Curse Of The Sunday Roast. Predictable beer range, Pride, Young's Ordinary and so on.

It's a Good Pub Guide regular and certainly worth a visit.
