A pretty basic locals estate boozer that has been done up in a begrudgingly sparse manner. 80's style diamond mirror bar front (a probable survivor from that era!), black and gold cross carpet, fabric and leather banquettes and a small raised stage space. Massive unlit and therefore unused games room at the rear with pool and darts (what’s the point of having it if you don’t use it?). One pump with a turned Bombardier clip so a Boddington did for me. It all felt rather depressing in here and I wonder whether this is one destined for the axe before the decade is out. Hopefully someone can come in and make a go of it – there’s potential.
