Alan Winfield left this review about Halfway House Inn

The Halfway House is a proper looking corner pub that is on a hill and not too far from the middle of Longton.
Once inside the pub has been opened out but still has a bar and lounge area there is also a pool table.
There were no real ales on here i had a drink of keg Mansfield bitter which was just drinkable the other bitter was Boddingtons smooth.
Not a bad pub but would be improved if there was a real ale on the bar.
