A large Joules pub on the road into the town. A large open plan interior with a central U-shaped bar. 3 handpumps with only Joules Pale on twice and a reversed Joules Blond clip on the other. To the right of the bar is a pool table. The right side of the bar was being redecorated on my visit. A large beer garden is to the rear which is split into 2 with the left side containing an outdoor stage. Not the best Joules pub I've been in but it was acceptable.

The Lord Hill is a very large roadside pub.
Once inside there was one very large room with the bar facing, there was comfy bench seating in the two front areas and and to the rear left, there was a dart board and pool table to the rear right.
There were lots of TVs dotted about the room all showing the same music video, the small garden to the rear right looked a bit unkempt.
To my surprise there were two real ales on the bar, both from Joules brewery,i had a drink of Joules Pale ale which was a very nice drink and also quite cheap, the other beer was Joules Calcutter 1757.
The pub was fairly busy with younger drinkers and i would have thought it would fill up in the evening with Market Draytons younger set.
The beer was nice here but i would only have one here then move on to a better pub.
