A former coaching inn, now a 40 room hotel. We stayed here and the room was fine and the breakfast very good. There is a pub room, which is quite traditional in decor, furniture and ornaments. The service was fine and the clientele both guests and locals. They served two real ales from the Hook Norton stable and the Hooky was fine (the other was not on that day). Worth a pop into for a pint even if not staying.

The Crown and Cushion is a largish pub that is on the main shopping street.
Once inside there were a few different rooms,i had a drink in the room at the front which was fairly smart and comfortable.
There were no real ales on here with all the keg beers coming from the S&N range i had a drink of keg McEwans bitter and this was a very poor drink.
