The White Swan was a stand alone pub that was one of many pubs on this stretch of road,sadly most now closed down.
Once inside the pub had a basic bar and a lounge which was in darkness on my visit so i had a drink in the bar.
The pub used to be a Mansfield tied house and there were no real ales on here,i had a drink of keg Mansfield bitter which was not too bad a drink.
This was a proper old fashioned pub and it is a shame that it has now closed down.
