Unable to rate as it was closed and looked as though it may be an evening only venue.

Situated at the heart of rock and home to rock legends such as Bruce Dickinson (Ironmaiden), The frog and knightgown has a laid back atmosphere, with friendly locals and new faces, it has bands playing every weekend we have seen the likes of 'the more I see' who recieved 5k's by kerrang magazine while playing at the frog, 'Evil Scarecrow', Volume Zero, ect. We have also seen the likes of 'Skull', Famed for his works as the DJ of the famouse radio station 'radio caroline' which was later made into a film ' the boat that rocked', every sunday there is Bike night with all bikers welcome, the pub has been a local to me for going on two years and in my eyes I would class as one of the seven wonders of nottinghamshire, theres not a week that goes by where nothing is to happen.
