Will Larter left this review about The White Hart
This is a Sam Smiths pub, a large brick-built multi-roomed village inn. I went in the room to the right on entering, where wooden-backed but leather-upholstered bench seating lined the walls, and there was an old kitchen range in the fireplace and a pool table in the slightly higher room to the rear. There was no real ale here, so I had the keg Dark Mild, which was a little on the cold side but quite a decent drink nevertheless, and extraordinary value at only £1.34 a pint. There was a friendly atmosphere here and I could have happily stayed a lot longer than the time it took to drink my half and get back on my bicycle.
