Strongers . left this review about Ye Old Ramme Inn
Ye Olde Ramme Inn is certainly a pub of some age, as the exterior and old wooden internal pillars and beams will attest, but the owners are running it like any other high street boozer. There was some modern dross playing in the background while muted Corrie aired on the television. There’s some banquette seating in the front left and the serving counter runs up the left-hand wall where it supports standard and premium keg. More seating runs up the right to an exposed brick fireplace that is in very poor condition as it crumbles away on the rear wall. The serving counter extends around to the left rear where there’s a pool table and some DJ equipment for the weekends. This pub certainly didn’t offer what I was expecting, and I’d wager the corpses of the pub’s ghosts are turning in their graves.
