Back to front pub with the bar at the rear facing the harbour. Room to the left of the bar. Three weak real ales, the rest keg.

Another decent pub just away from the tourists. 3 beers on including Whitby Saltwick Nab and Abbeydale Moonshine. The moonshine was a good pint. Glad I called in.

Getting out of town, but on he river with views from the larger of the 2 rooms, which is more of a locals/family space with a pool table. A tidy pub that benefits being away from the main centre there is a smaller snug on the roadside part that has been tastefully refurbed following last years flooding.
Nice pub & worth trying. 3 real ales, including a local Whitby brewery offering. The beer is slightly too warm & would have been an 8.
