Two bar down to earth village local with a pool table in a third section to one end. The central servery serves both rooms, there is little to choose between them , a darts board hangs over the fireplace in the right hand room while there is a big screen in an alcove off the other, the pool table is to the side of this room. Traditionally furnished with benches, tables and chairs, the bar stools are shaped as golf bags. Décor is fairly minimal and the walls plain white. One handpump on each counter face with Theakstons Best and occasionally others to judge from the blackboard. My bitter was very drinkable.
