A doubled fronted pub with a wide room across the front which goes back with the counter to one side. Six pulls of frankly boring beers, Tetley mild, Doombar, Kelham Island and a cider, but my MILD was in reasonable nick though. It's popular with the under 30s and appears to do live music and I think stand up. The decor and furnishing are a bit trendy but OK. It's in a bit of a desert on the edge of town so a useful place and GBG2014 listed.
