A rather cosy bar tucked away down a narrow alleyway off the market place (next to Santander), which seems to give little indication that it is open but try the door. Inside is one long room in faux half-timbered style with a small bar at one end and pool and darts at the other. There is no natural light, but odd fairy lights cheer the place up and fresh flowers can be found on the tables. Sadly no decent beers, with keg Boddingtons the only bitter on offer, otherwise it would be quite a nice retreat from the bustle of the town.

Cracking hidden gem. Cannot fault the pub itself, especially the interior - love it!
