This is a Young’s pub – they had on Bitter and London Gold. I’m not sure how much each ale cost, but a pint of each cost £6.60 which is way overpriced for a couple of pints that were only just drinkable. This is one of the most characterless pubs that I have visited. There was a large TV at one end showing some soap or suchlike (with one old dear watching it); another TV at the other end of the room that was muted, but which would have been better switched off as nobody was watching it. Furnishings consisted of some large round tables accompanied by black upholstered banquettes, a couple of garishly upholstered bucket seats, and nothing else that I noticed. At the end of the bar counter there was a disconnected, presumably broken, unloved and forlorn dishwasher accompanied by a stepladder and a removal trolley.
There really isn’t a lot going for this pub that I could see. I do not expect to pay a return visit.

Best sun terrace in Teddington & nice Garden too.
Lovely pub, nicely done up, friendly staff. Good pint of Youngs Special. Excellent Sunday Lunch.
