Al Bundy left this review about The Anchor Inn

A pleasant country style pub. A former Ember Inns pub. Nice beer garden at rear for summertime. 3 real ales on usually. It has a display of previous guest ales on show but has been stuck with the same 3 for a while, the ubiquitous Wainwright, the overrated and rancid Doom Bar and the dull Ubu.
