Now an Atwill pub. It was friendly enough on my mid afternoon Thursday visit. A single room with a pool table to your right on entering. 4 handpumps on the bar but only one on. A friendly barman was chatty. I didn't mind this pub and though its out the way of the Southport drag I didn't mind the short journey out. Hopefully the real ale selection is better of a weekend.
