Considering its 10 yards from Earlstown train station I'll go for Earlstown.

Closed and mostly boarded up.

30/6/16:
Depending on the time of your train this is ideal for a pint before/after your train as its right outside the station. A 2 roomed pub but sadly no real ale. Some of the walls are covered in Audrey Hepburn, Elvis, and others I've forgotten, wallpaper.
