feels more of a tacky chain place than an Irish pub. because it is. uninteresting really and was indeed full of wankers when I was in. does have real ale but nothing interesting.

A decent Irish stylee pub. Its on 2 floors with the basement being for live music. The main ground floor bit is basically an open plan square with a small snug like area to the left of the bar. 3 handpumps on the bar but only GK IPA on. Sadly, with it being on Mathew St, it can be full of the kind of zombie like wankers George A Romero can only dream of.

Nicely managed, great atmosphere , a place that realy bounces at the weekend......keep your eye out for the odd "Luvvy" Actors performing in the city tend to use this place to chill out late in the evening
