When i went in the Brook Tavern it looked like a 30s built pub,the frontage has altered since my visit.
Once inside i went in the room at the front,this was a smartish bar type room,there may have been other rooms but i did'nt look.
The pub was a Tetley tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Tetley bitter which was quite a nice drink,the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
It is a shame that this pub has now closed down.
